Welcome to DolliePress! By purchasing from my shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure a smooth experience for both buyer and seller, so please read them carefully before placing an order. These terms apply to all purchases made through my website, social media, or in-person sales events.

1. General Information

DolliePress specializes in one-of-a-kind (OOAK) handmade art dolls, accessories, and illustrations. Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of these items, all sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges are accepted, except in cases of shipping damage (see Section 4). All items are created and sold as pictured. Please review all product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing. Small inconsistencies—such as paint differences, seam lines, or slight asymmetry—are part of the handmade charm and not considered defects.

2. Orders & Payments

Prices are listed in EURO and may change without notice. Payments are securely processed via Wix Payments, PayPal, and Stripe, accepting major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other supported methods. Buyers are responsible for any additional charges related to currency conversion or international bank/transaction fees. Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received and processed.

Custom & Preorder Policies: Custom orders or preorders may require a non-refundable deposit before work begins. Changes to custom orders after payment are at my discretion and may require an additional charge. Custom orders may take several weeks to complete, depending on complexity. You will be provided with an estimated timeframe upon ordering. Delays may occur and will be communicated if necessary.

3. Shipping & Customs

Orders of ready-made products are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. DolliePress is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or mishandled packages once they have been shipped. If an issue arises, please contact your local postal service. Customs & Import Fees: Buyers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or import fees. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer or if it is refused/unclaimed, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed or returned packages.

4. Refunds, Cancellations & Damage Claims

All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted due to buyer’s remorse, dissatisfaction, or minor imperfections. The only exception is if an item arrives physically damaged due to shipping. In this case: You must contact me within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. If the claim is valid, I will offer either a refund, partial refund, or a replacement (depending on availability). Minor cosmetic variations are part of the handmade nature of my dolls and do not qualify as damage.

5. Product Care & Liability

My dolls and accessories are art pieces, not toys, and require gentle handling. Avoid exposure to water, extreme temperatures, or prolonged direct sunlight. DolliePress is not liable for: Any damage caused by improper care, accidents, or modifications after purchase; Allergic reactions to materials used in the dolls or accessories; Any harm or injury resulting from misuse of the product.

6. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

All chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorized claims will be contested. Buyers must contact me first before opening a dispute. Failure to do so may result in being banned from future purchases. Any fraudulent chargebacks or disputes made against a legitimate transaction may result in legal action.

7. Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at my discretion, including but not limited to: Buyers with a history of chargeback fraud; Buyers engaging in harassment or abusive behavior; Suspected resellers attempting to misrepresent my OOAK dolls as mass-produced items or falsely claiming authorship.

8. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)

I am not responsible for delays or inability to fulfill orders due to events beyond my control, including but not limited to: Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.); Postal service strikes or shipping carrier disruptions; Global pandemics, war, or unforeseen supply chain issues.

9. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All images, designs, and artwork are the property of DolliePress. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without permission. Purchasing a doll does not grant reproduction rights. My dolls may not be mass-produced, resold as new, or modified and resold under a different name. Attempting to pass off my OOAK dolls as your own creations or misusing my brand identity is strictly prohibited. If digital products are ever offered, they are also non-refundable. Unauthorized sharing or redistribution is not permitted.

10. Privacy Policy (EU GDPR Compliance)

Your personal information (such as name, address, and email) is collected solely for order processing and communication. I do not share your information with third parties, except as needed to complete shipping and payment transactions. By placing an order, you consent to this use of your data.
