Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and unique nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, dissatisfaction with small imperfections, or unreasonable complaints.

However, if your item arrives damaged or there's an error with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos. Minor cosmetic variations are part of the handmade nature of DolliePress dolls and do not qualify as damage. We will be happy to help with a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation. Shipping fees are not refundable.

If you're ordering from outside the EU, your package may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility, and I am not liable for any delays or fees that may occur during customs processing.
